Very friendly great service went above and beyond to help us

Big shout out to Bryce and Drew at Murdock Volkswagen! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that took the time in helping my 18 year old daughter pick out the perfect first vehicle, and also explaining the important concepts of a vehicle purchase.

Purchased my car back in late February of this year 2026 and I’ve now had my car for a little over 3 months now and I have been enjoying it. The sales representative Tate gave me a hassle free purchase with helping me find the right car that I wanted. I originally was looking through the cars they had listed over there website and I couldn’t find the car I wanted but I just submitted a test drive for a car I possibly would consider and in the notes I asked to view any unlisted cars and to see if they possibly might have a car I was interested in. Tate went out of his way, searched the dealership and actually found a car that was just traded in and luckily it was the car I’ve been looking for. Tate went above and beyond to get it all processed into there system fairly quickly and was able to get all of it’s maintenance done from brakes, tires, Alignment, oil filter and fluid changed, air filter change, cabin air filter change, fluids topped off, full and thorough inspection, and a detail! He was quick to get me pictures and even a walk around video footage since the car has not yet been uploaded to there list of car sales. He made sure I was in good hands! He even made sure the auto loan company I was working with also was taken care of with paperwork and getting all documents sent over to me for viewing and review. What made it even more interesting and worth my time was that since the dealership was in Logan and I was in salt lake, they made sure to get the car delivered to me and made it an even more hassle free process so I wouldn’t have to find a ride all the way up there to pick up the car. Thank you Tate and the Murdock Logan team for making sure I got the car I needed and getting it ready.

Micheal was so helpful while selling our vehicle to the dealership. He was able to give quotes and was professional and kind.
