The whole team was awesome. My wife and I were in search of a new vehicle after she was in an accident that could handle our family and all of our sons medical equipment. Rick Cloud, our salesman, was right on top of things from the beginning. He texted us that a Buzz was available, knowing we wanted one. He answered all of our questions by return text, found us the right tool to remove the seats, and even, with another salesman, showed us how to disconnect that pesky electrical connector we had spent so long trying to figure out. This was truly above and beyond--all post-sale! 😁. It being a Saturday the service department didn't have a knowledgeable technician so the guys volunteered to help us knowing we were taking the car camping the next day. It's easy to give 5 stars to Murdoch Volkswagen.

Really appreciated the service and interactions throughout the buying process with Tate and Drew. They were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They took the time to answer my questions, kept everything straightforward, laid out all options in an objective manner and made the entire experience positive.
